Performer Appointments was established on 2 May 1994 by Sharon Goudemond in response to the challenges and opportunities facing South Africa following our first democratic election. Performer Appointments provides permanent, contract and temporary staffing solutions within a variety of industries and has developed sound business relationships based on transparency, service delivery and personal commitment to the needs of both candidates and clients.
Performer Appointments continues to use DISCUS personality profiling, job profiling tools, competency-based interview techniques and forensic assessments to ensure quality service.

MORE INFORMATION ON THE PREVUE ASSESSMEMT TOOL
PREVUE is a cost effective assessment tool that evaluates abilities, skills, motivation, interests and personality in a 45-60 minute assessment that has been validated internationally and locally through extensive and intensive studies. The PREVUE assessment tool provides users with the facility to construct tailor-made benchmarks thereby enabling them to match employees and candidates based on inherent requirements and abilities.The validation and statistical manual is available for perusal.

Sharon Goudemond
Sharon has BSc (Hons) in Psychology majoring in Psychological Counselling and Education, a diploma in Human Resources and further tertiary courses in Special Needs. Sharon has corporate experience in the financial and motor industries and 15 years experience within the human resources sector.

Kate Wevell
Kate is incredibly committed and has the unenviable task of trying to control the administration as well as co-ordinating applicant and client requirements. Over and above that she is currently studying towards a B.Comm in Human Resources.
